History of CRAWDSNRODS
Where it all began.
A couple of guys had a great idea. Let's have an event for Elgin that the whole town could enjoy. We could have a car show and cook some crawfish. They also decided the fire station would be a great venue. Well? They did it and with a lot of help CRAWDSNRODS was born. 16 years later we are going strong and bigger than ever.
Where We Are Now!
We have outgrown our fire station and had to move to the little league ballparks. The change was resisted but has turned out to be a great move. It has allowed us to have a bigger car show, more room for vendors and a carnival.
Bike and Car giveaways
This will be the 14th year of our vehicle giveaway. We started with 3 custom motorcycles, then 3 Ford roadsters, onto a couple of Camaros and we threw in a C-10 pickup, 2018 Chevrolet Z71, A ZL1 Camaro, 2 more C-10's and we have a beautiful Camaro for 2023
